Solution Architect – HR Digital, GenAI & Intelligent Automation

About the role

The Senior Solution Architect will lead the design and evolution of Bosch's global HR digital landscape, covering core HR platforms, generative AI, and intelligent automation. You will act as the principal technical authority, ensuring architecture aligns with Bosch’s cloud‑first and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the HR Solution Architecture Blueprint, govern LeanIX application data, and drive migration from legacy SAP HCM to cloud‑native SAP BTP and SuccessFactors.
• Architect end‑to‑end integrations for SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow ESM/HRSD, and COMPAS/SAP HCM, delivering seamless employee workflows and data exchanges.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions (RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, AskBosch agents) and RPA automations (Automation Anywhere, UiPath) to streamline HR processes.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards, produce high‑level and low‑level designs, and collaborate with product owners and agile squads to deliver CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in solution or enterprise architecture, preferably within HR core systems.

• Generative AI/LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases
• RPA platforms – Automation Anywhere, UiPath
• SAP BTP, Microsoft Azure, REST/OData APIs, event‑driven architectures (Kafka, Event Grid)
• CI/CD tools – Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Bosch IT governance (RBGF 177), Information Security and GDPR compliance
