Software Quality Analyst II

About the role

The Associate Software Quality Analyst II will test and validate software enhancements and system fixes to ensure flawless functionality and compliance with business requirements. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and release managers in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and maintain test cases and a Requirement Traceability Matrix aligned with user stories.
• Execute manual functional, regression, and integration test cases to verify system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate with distributed global teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years of testing experience on web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Required skills

• Selenium, Specflow, Postman (API testing)
• Jira, Testiny, TestRail, HP ALM, Zephyr (test/defect management tools)
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies and core testing principles.
