Software Project Control Manager (Automotive)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Project Control Manager to lead automotive software projects at Bosch's Bangalore development centre. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project management, ensuring delivery on schedule, quality and budget while coordinating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project agreements and develop detailed project plans.
• Kick‑off projects, create headcount plans and manage resource allocation.
• Control schedule, quality gates, budget and cost throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and manage project risks.
• Coordinate with customers and evaluate engineering change requests.
• Apply Agile practices and ensure compliance with Bosch processes.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in automotive software development and project management.
• Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Result‑oriented with a structured problem‑solving approach.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
