Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain critical software in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment. The role involves owning key components of complex distributed systems and collaborating closely with Site Reliability Engineers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
• Author functional specifications and detailed design documents.
• Understand and own complex codebases, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Implement scalable algorithms and troubleshoot distributed computing issues.
• Perform peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code.
• Collaborate with SREs to diagnose and resolve production performance problems.

Required profile

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building and deploying resilient distributed software.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Ability to work in short, agile, iterative development cycles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on high‑quality delivery.
• B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
