Software Engineer – Developer Platform

About the role

Docusign is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Developer Platform Engineering team. You will build internal tooling and full‑stack applications that improve the developer experience across our global multi‑cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and automation solutions for internal developer platforms and self‑service portals.
• Create reusable libraries, frameworks, and shared services that standardise engineering practices and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation on AWS and enterprise platforms.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of application and integration issues across cloud infrastructure.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and cross‑functional collaboration to continuously improve delivery practices.
• Build and maintain automated test coverage to ensure software quality and security.
