Software Engineer – Business Systems & Integrations (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will design, build, and operate the systems that connect our e‑commerce, inventory, sales, client‑care, production, and gemology workflows. You will translate complex, real‑world business processes into reliable, maintainable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory pipelines that ingest hundreds of thousands of records from multiple suppliers.
• Implement Shopify integrations and order orchestration.
• Build internal tools used across Sales, Client Care, Production, and Gemology.
• Create pricing engines and business‑rule logic that drive the product catalog.
• Design event‑driven workflows on AWS, including Lambda functions.
• Develop AI‑assisted automation and tooling to support various teams.
• Monitor system health and build operational tooling for reliability.
• Integrate data between SaaS platforms, internal systems, and production workflows.
