Software Development Engineer I – Flutter

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Software Development Engineer I to join our mobile engineering team. You will work on our core employee‑facing mobile application built with Flutter, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high‑quality features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain features for the Flutter‑based mobile app.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure stability and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and the codebase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of professional software development experience.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Some exposure to mobile application development (Flutter, native iOS, or native Android).
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and rapid learning mindset.
