Software Development Engineer-1 – Mobile Applications

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Development Engineer‑1 to join our mobile team. You will help build and maintain high‑quality Android and iOS applications that serve millions of users on our AI‑driven matrimony platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for Android and iOS apps.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Debug, profile, and optimise application performance.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Continuously learn new technologies and improve development processes.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of software development experience or strong project work as a fresher.
• Solid programming fundamentals and problem‑solving ability.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and client‑server architecture.
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Attention to code quality and user experience.
