Software Developer (Full Stack)

About the role

Join NOV Digital Completions Solutions (DCS) as a Software Developer focused on full‑stack development. You will design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, and cloud integrations that serve thousands of customers in the drilling, fracturing, and completions sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full‑stack web applications, web APIs, and cloud‑based integrations.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers during technical planning, requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Deliver high‑quality, maintainable, and performant code while taking end‑to‑end ownership of components.
• Apply software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or live web sessions, including occasional after‑hours support.
• Adhere to NOV HSE policies, use appropriate PPE, and participate in monthly safety meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of object‑oriented software development experience.
• Strong understanding of SOLID design principles.
• Proven experience designing and developing full‑stack web applications.
• Ability to clearly communicate design concepts verbally, in writing, and graphically.
