Soft Skills Trainer

About the role

DBS Global University is looking for a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver programs that boost students' communication, leadership, and professional readiness for campus placements and future careers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive soft‑skills training for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Conduct sessions on communication, business communication, presentation, public speaking, personality development, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, workplace ethics, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to run aptitude enhancement workshops.
• Prepare students for recruitment through mock interviews, group discussions, HR interview prep, resume and email writing, and corporate grooming.
• Assess training needs via evaluations and feedback, and maintain training records and performance reports.
• Create training modules, learning materials, presentations, and assessment tools.

Required profile

• Master's degree in English, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in soft‑skills, corporate, or employability training.
• Experience in higher‑education institutions or corporate training organizations is preferred.
• Prior experience in campus recruitment training and placement preparation is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, coaching, mentoring, and counseling abilities.
• Experience in aviation training or personality development coaching is desirable.
