Social Media Strategist

About the role

The Cinnamon Kitchen is seeking a Social Media Strategist to shape and execute its social media presence. This full‑time, on‑site position in Noida will align social initiatives with the brand’s plant‑based, health‑focused mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that support marketing and brand objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across relevant platforms.
• Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Monitor analytics, generate insights, and refine tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages.
• Support public‑relations activities and brand‑wide campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong social media marketing experience, including platform management and campaign execution.
• Background in content strategy and planning for multiple channels.
• Proficiency in social media optimization (SMO) to boost visibility and engagement.
• Excellent communication and public‑relations skills to maintain brand voice.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Familiarity with food, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred.
• Comfort working on‑site in a collaborative environment and handling multiple projects.
