Social Media Manager & Strategist

About the role

Spicey Guava, a boutique marketing agency focused on F&B, fitness, jewellery and lifestyle brands, is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Strategist to lead multiple client accounts. Based in Andheri East, Mumbai, you will own the end‑to‑end social presence for 3‑4 brands, driving engagement and growth through creative strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly social media content calendars and campaign concepts tailored to each client.
• Lead mood‑boarding, creative direction and overall strategy for accounts in F&B, wellness and beauty.
• Conduct client calls, present plans, report results and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate shoots with photographers/videographers, oversee content editing and ensure on‑brand delivery.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling and community monitoring on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Track analytics, produce insights and recommend actions to improve reach, engagement and ROI.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on social media management experience, preferably in an agency or brand setting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts across F&B, jewellery, fitness or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of current social trends, platform best practices and internet culture.
• Comfortable presenting ideas, explaining results and acting as a trusted brand partner.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented with a natural leadership style.

Required skills

• Video editing tools such as InShot or VN.
• Design tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in Instagram and LinkedIn management.
