Social Media Manager – On-site, Chennai

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead AVP Infracon Limited’s online presence from its Chennai office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on planning, creating and managing content that highlights the company’s construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Create written and visual content in collaboration with internal teams.
• Optimize posts for reach, interaction and brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies using analytics tools.
• Respond to audience interactions and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate with marketing and project teams for updates, announcements and sector‑specific trends.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) abilities.
• Effective communication and writing skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Prior experience in marketing or communications, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Organizational attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is preferred.
