Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join Baidyanath Ayurved’s head office in Kolkata to lead the company’s social media presence. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating engaging content, growing audience interaction, and supporting the brand’s health‑and‑wellness mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and publish original content that aligns with the Ayurvedic and wellness brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages to maintain active community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust tactics to improve reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support product launches.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related sectors.
• Strong written communication and content‑strategy skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to understand target audiences and conduct market analysis.
