Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join Markt. The ideal candidate lives and breathes content, spots cultural shifts early, and can translate ideas into compelling social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for client brands.
• Create original visual and written content across platforms.
• Provide data analysis and regular metric reporting to clients.
• Plan, coordinate and manage photo- and video-shoots.
• Research and curate references using tools such as Pinterest and Cosmos.
• Quality-check all social deliverables before publication.
• Oversee end-to-end social media production and scheduling.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of solid experience in social media or digital content creation.
• Comfortable working with content calendars, vendor management and fast-paced idea generation.
• Strong awareness of trends and ability to anticipate cultural movements.
• Passionate about learning, experimenting and delivering work that feels exciting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with photoshoots and visual production.
• Ability to reference and curate visual inspiration via Pinterest, Cosmos or similar tools.
