Social Media Manager – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Social Media Manager to become the voice of our brand across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. The successful candidate will develop strategy, produce platform‑native multimedia content, and nurture an engaged online community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with broader marketing objectives.
• Concept, shoot, edit and write high‑quality short‑form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and other native content daily.
• Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent publishing cadence.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a loyal community while preserving brand voice and visual identity.
• Track, analyze and report on KPIs such as engagement, follower growth, reach and conversions, turning data into actionable insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay on top of industry trends and viral moments.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copywriting, PR, Product and Customer Support teams on product launches, campaigns and events.
• Optional: Manage influencer outreach and co‑create content with creators.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand, agency or high‑growth business.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, formatting and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
• Strong storytelling ability, excellent copyediting skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to emerging trends.
