Social Media Manager – Hindi (News & Digital Publishing)

About the role

Jagran New Media is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager who will lead Hindi‑language social channels with a strong news and digital publishing focus. The role is based in Noida and requires a hands‑on leader who can blend editorial insight with performance‑driven social strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s Hindi social media presence across all major platforms.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging, news‑first content that resonates with the target audience.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase reach, engagement, and traffic.
• Drive and optimise Meta monetisation opportunities and related platform tools.
• Monitor trends, analytics and platform updates to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with editorial and creative teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in social media management, preferably within news or digital publishing.
• Strong understanding of current affairs, Hindi language nuances, and the social media ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta monetisation and platform tools.
• Excellent Hindi writing and editing abilities.
• Proven ability to spot trending topics and produce high‑engagement content.
• Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
