Social Media Manager (Healthcare & Wellness)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join Baidyanath Ayurved’s head office in Kolkata. In this full-time, on-site position you will shape and execute our social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engage our audience, especially within the healthcare and wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing plans across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, curate and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and audience interests.
• Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve reach.
• Manage day-to-day activities on all social channels, including community interaction and customer queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support product launches.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Good understanding of target audiences, market analysis and digital marketing trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Experience with social media optimization (SMO) tools and analytics.
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
