Social Media, Influencer & Customer Engagement Manager

About the role

We are a medium‑premium women’s western‑wear brand seeking a hands‑on manager to lead our organic social media, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email. The role focuses on building community, driving repeat purchases, and maintaining a polished, feminine brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly organic social media calendar (reels, stories, posts, carousels, styling videos).
• Write compelling captions, story text, reel hooks, and launch communications.
• Identify, outreach to, and manage fashion, lifestyle, and micro‑influencer relationships.
• Handle customer conversations on Instagram DMs, comments, and WhatsApp, providing styling advice, size guidance, and product recommendations.
• Design CRM campaigns for new launches, back‑in‑stock alerts, festive collections, and repeat‑purchase nudges.
• Ensure a consistent, premium brand voice across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, customer engagement, CRM, or community management.
• Background in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or D2C brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram formats (reels, stories) and creator‑led content.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfort engaging directly with customers via Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Basic familiarity with Canva, Instagram Insights, WhatsApp Business tools, and CRM/email platforms.
