Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Executive to enhance Coffeeza’s brand presence across digital platforms. The role involves planning content, managing influencer collaborations, and producing visual assets to engage our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and other social channels.
• Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers and creators, manage briefs, deliverables and timelines, and track campaign performance.
• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing product photoshoots, lifestyle shoots, reels and short‑form videos.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality content is delivered on schedule.
• Monitor social media trends, adapt them to the brand while maintaining consistency.
• Write engaging copy for posts, captions, campaigns, website content and blogs, preserving a consistent brand tone.
• Track social media metrics, prepare basic reports on reach, engagement and follower growth, and support PR and media communications.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media and content marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and short‑form video formats.
• Good visual sense with an eye for trends, storytelling and brand consistency.
• Experience coordinating product shoots and influencer campaigns.
• Background in FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle or D2C brands is preferred.
