SOC L3 Analyst – Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Level 3 SOC Analyst to join Bosch’s Cybersecurity team in Bangalore. The role focuses on strengthening our security posture through advanced threat detection, incident response and digital forensics across automotive and IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cybersecurity incidents from detection to resolution, including malware analysis, ransomware response and forensic investigations.
• Coordinate response activities with internal teams and external partners, and develop incident‑response playbooks and runbooks.
• Operate and optimise cloud‑native SIEM platforms such as AWS GuardDuty, Azure Sentinel and Google Cloud Platform for threat detection and correlation.
• Develop, tune and maintain SIEM rules, alerts and dashboards to identify emerging threats.
• Evaluate and integrate SOAR platforms for automated playbook execution and remediation.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting using threat‑intelligence and adversary TTPs.
• Support internal and third‑party audits by preparing technical evidence and documentation.
• Provide cybersecurity input for validation, penetration testing and recommend new security technologies.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in security operations, incident response and digital forensics.
• Deep knowledge of cloud‑native SIEM and SOAR solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior SOC analysts.
• Familiarity with automotive security standards is a plus.
