Site Supervisor

About the role

Stage Works is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the execution of complex stage engineering and audiovisual projects across India. You will be responsible for managing construction and installation sites, ensuring that every phase meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations at construction and installation sites, ensuring work follows project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Supervise on‑site teams, including subcontractors and technicians, providing guidance to meet timelines and company protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed site reports documenting progress, challenges, and solutions, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising construction or installation projects, preferably in stage engineering or audiovisual environments.
• Strong understanding of stage automation, lighting, acoustics and projection systems.
• Proven ability to enforce safety standards and quality control on site.
