Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will manage day‑to‑day activities at assigned project sites in Bengaluru, ensuring that electrical and related installations are carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the project manager and works closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations, monitor progress against project schedules, and report status, risks, and resource needs.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, maintain daily logs, material usage records, and inspection reports.
• Manage contractors and vendors, resolve on‑site technical and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination within construction or electrical projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of safety standards, risk assessment, and implementation of safe work practices on construction sites.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate site records and track materials and resources.
