About the role

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on construction sites. The role combines hands‑on supervision, accurate quantity estimation, contractor billing, and proactive client relationship management to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Control labour deployment, monitor productivity, and adjust resources to meet changing site demands.
• Perform detailed quantity estimations for materials, equipment, and labor to support planning and cost control.
• Prepare, review, and process contractor billing statements and related financial documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of quantity estimation techniques and contractor billing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage labour resources effectively.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a focus on relationship building.
