Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at our Ahmedabad project. The role ensures that work is executed according to drawings and specifications, maintains safety standards, and coordinates material usage and labor to keep the site on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities.
• Ensure work complies with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor labor, assign daily tasks, and track productivity.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce site compliance.
• Track material usage and coordinate with suppliers.
• Report daily progress to senior engineers or project managers.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI or relevant qualification in Civil/Construction.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Familiarity with safety standards and site procedures.
• Physically fit and willing to work on‑site.
• Local candidates preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
• Understanding of safety standards and site procedures.
