Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

About the role

iScape Designers is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead interior project execution across residential, commercial, and hospitality sites. The role involves coordinating all on‑site activities to ensure high‑quality delivery that matches approved designs and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior execution activities at multiple project locations.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review site conditions and obtain clarifications from the design team as needed.
• Monitor carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, flooring, fabrication, and finishing works.
• Manage site manpower, allocate tasks, and track progress.
• Provide daily progress updates to management.
• Oversee material receipt, verification, and efficient utilization.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and workmanship quality.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain site records, checklists, and progress reports.
• Enforce safety standards and discipline on site.
• Support smooth handover of completed projects.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of interior execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and layouts.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and construction practices.
• Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple activities and timelines.
• 3‑5 years experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
• Knowledge of modular furniture, custom carpentry, finishes, and MEP coordination is a plus.
