Site Sales Executive / Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

The Site Sales Executive / Manager will be the face of US Associates at residential project sites in Indore. This full‑time, on‑site position involves meeting prospective buyers, showcasing project features, and guiding customers through the booking, documentation and registry processes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with visitors at the site, conduct property tours and explain technical and financial details in simple language.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of inventory, payment plans, promotional offers and local regulations.
• Track leads, update sales reports and follow up with prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with project, marketing and back‑office teams to ensure accurate information flow and seamless handover.
• Assist customers through booking, documentation, and registry procedures, ensuring a smooth experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site‑based sales, real‑estate sales or customer‑facing roles, preferably in residential projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients.
• Ability to manage leads, maintain accurate sales records and follow structured sales processes.
• Comfortable working on‑site, conducting property tours and explaining details clearly.
• Basic understanding of real‑estate documentation, registry procedures and local regulations in Indore or similar markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field preferred; relevant work experience also considered.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; familiarity with local dialects is an advantage.
