Site Sales Executive / Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Site Sales Executive / Manager to represent our residential projects at the Indore site. The role involves engaging directly with prospective buyers, presenting property details, and guiding them through pricing, payment plans and legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in prospects at the project site and conduct property presentations.
• Explain project features, pricing structures, payment options and relevant legal documents.
• Manage and follow up leads, maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Coordinate site visits and collaborate with project, marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with timelines.
• Handle customer queries, support registry and paperwork processes, and nurture relationships with clients and channel partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate site sales, business development or customer‑facing roles, preferably residential projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities to engage buyers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage leads, documentation and maintain precise sales records.
• Good understanding of Indore’s real‑estate market trends and property regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing or related field; real‑estate certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Ability to create and use presentation materials.
