About the role
The Site Safety Engineer will develop and implement project‑specific safety plans, ensure strict adherence to safety policies, and lead all on‑site safety activities for construction projects in Pipavav.
Key responsibilities
- Implement project‑specific safety plans and ensure compliance with safety policies and standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments and audits.
- Identify unsafe practices and take corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers.
- Prepare safety audit reports and incident/accident documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors to identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
Required profile
- Diploma in Safety Engineering or a related field.
- 7 to 12 years of experience in site safety management.
