Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Cloud & Automation

About the role

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure high availability of our cloud‑native and hybrid systems while driving automation across the entire delivery pipeline. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and operate resilient infrastructure on AWS and GCP.

Key responsibilities

• Manage uptime of services across AWS, GCP and hybrid environments.
• Develop Infrastructure‑as‑Code patterns using Terraform, cloud CLI/SDK, and scripting.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and cloud‑native toolchains) for build, test, and deployment.
• Create automated tooling for service request deployment and comprehensive runbooks.
• Triage complex distributed‑system incidents, provide on‑call support, and lead blameless post‑mortems.
• Continuously improve runbooks and processes to reduce MTTR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7 years of experience in software engineering, systems administration, database administration, and networking.
• 2+ years developing or administering software in a public cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows automation (Terraform, Chef, Ansible) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices.
