About the role

SmartQ is looking for a Site Operations Manager to lead daily food‑court operations. You will ensure smooth service delivery, coordinate with vendors and on‑ground teams, and resolve operational challenges in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day food‑court operations and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, on‑site teams, and clients to maintain seamless operations.
• Promote a positive work culture and punctual delivery of services.
• Resolve issues promptly and report incidents, accidents, and near‑misses to management.
• Prioritize client retention and uphold honesty, integrity, and a family‑oriented culture.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate initiative when working independently.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing day‑to‑day operations in a food‑service or hospitality setting.
