Site Execution Handler

About the role

The Site Execution Handler will supervise daily construction activities across multiple sites in Jabalpur and Vadodara. This hands‑on role requires coordination with workers, contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day‑to‑day site execution activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and other site personnel.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs and specifications.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and proper execution.
• Track daily progress and report updates to management/project team.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment required at the site.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day site execution issues.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, material records and other required documentation.
• Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide photographs/progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant site supervision/execution experience.
• Good understanding of construction/site execution processes.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and layouts.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work at project sites.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp for communication.
• Use of email and digital reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret basic construction drawings.
