Site Engineer – Building Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to lead building construction activities at our Yavatmal office. The role involves overseeing field operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring quality and compliance on residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate AutoLevel and Total Station for precise surveying, levelling and alignment checks.
• Perform layout marking, column and grid setting, and foundation/slab positioning on site.
• Prepare and maintain Measurement Books in accordance with PWD and CPWD norms.
• Source, negotiate and manage specialised labour teams such as steel fixers, shuttering crews, masons and finishers.
• Supervise day‑to‑day construction tasks including shuttering checks, reinforcement alignment, concrete pours and structural works.
• Diagnose and manage MEP installations and routine structural maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5+ years of hands‑on field experience on building sites.
• Strong local network of skilled labour and trade contractors.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strict adherence to site safety.
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoLevel and Total Station equipment.
• Knowledge of PWD/CPWD measurement and billing standards.
• Ability to read and execute structural drawings, architectural plans and MEP layouts.
