Showroom Hostess (Customer Relations & Facility Management)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Hostess to be the first point of contact for visitors at our Chennai showroom. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, support front‑desk operations and assist with facility upkeep while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, creating a warm showroom environment.
• Manage front‑desk inquiries, provide product information and direct visitors as needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem‑solving.
• Support facility management by keeping the showroom clean, organized and well‑maintained.
• Make outbound tele‑calls to follow up on customer queries and share updates on products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports.

Required profile

• Any degree from a recognized institution.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar showroom, hospitality or front‑desk role.
• Strong communication and customer‑relations abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of facility management and maintenance.
