Show Producer (Remote – Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Show Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of live and recorded online shows. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with teams based in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy and production plans for online shows.
• Coordinate all production phases – pre‑production, scripting, scheduling, and post‑production.
• Collaborate with hosts, guests, creative teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage live broadcasts, overseeing streaming, audio, and visual quality.
• Maintain brand and content consistency across episodes and platforms.
• Optimize content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Monitor analytics and audience engagement, recommending improvements.
• Handle logistical tasks, equipment coordination, timelines, and backups.
• Resolve unexpected issues during live shows with professionalism and quick decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing live or recorded online shows, webinars, or podcasts.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative eye for storytelling, visual presentation, and emerging digital trends.
