Shift Leader – Production

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Shift Leader to oversee production lines at our Bengaluru plant. You will ensure smooth operations, meet performance targets and support a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving automotive electronics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor schedule adherence versus actual performance for assigned lines.
- Achieve KPI targets defined for each production line.
- Drive associate training and skill development (TQS).
- Implement 5S practices and manage production handling.
- Motivate the team, gather suggestions and foster continuous improvement.
- Confirm processes and ensure compliance with Bosch Production System (BPS) standards.
- Work according to standard lead time (LTT) and other production standards.
Required profile
- 3‑6 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics engineering.
- Hands‑on experience in SMT production environments.
