ServiceNow Support & Developer (Infra Tech Support Practitioner)

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Support & Developer to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The role combines L1/L2 incident handling, platform administration, and custom development to support IT service management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 support for ServiceNow incidents, requests, and platform issues.
• Administer ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) including user, group, and role management.
• Design and develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items using JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Create automation solutions and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and performance analytics with Power BI or Tableau.
• Monitor system health, performance, and usage metrics.
• Document solutions, maintain update sets, and participate in Agile/ITIL sprint activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service operations.
• Basic scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python) are a plus.
