ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect (Manager)

About the role

EY is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of IT Operations Management solutions for global clients. You will work within the EY GDS ServiceNow team, shaping platform strategy and driving transformation across complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Cloud Management.
• Define scalable CMDB architecture, governance frameworks and data models aligned with CSDM.
• Drive end‑to‑end ITOM strategy, integrating AIOps, event correlation and observability solutions.
• Implement Discovery solutions, manage MID Server setup, credentials and troubleshooting.
• Design integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and third‑party monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring development teams and ensuring adherence to best practices, security and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of IT experience with significant ServiceNow ITOM exposure.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Lead on ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory) and ServiceNow CIS – Discovery/Service Mapping (mandatory).
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).

Required skills

• ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Management).
• CMDB data modeling, CSDM framework and data governance.
• AIOps and event correlation integrations (Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds).
• Infrastructure knowledge: servers, networks, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide scripting and ServiceNow platform development.
• REST/SOAP integration experience and IntegrationHub proficiency.
