ServiceNow IRM Test Lead – GRC Team

About the role

PWC is seeking a ServiceNow Test Lead to join its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. The role focuses on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and compliance tools, ensuring high‑quality testing of risk events, risk profile reporting, and related ServiceNow modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the testing effort for ServiceNow IRM solutions, defining test strategies and plans.
• Execute functional and automated tests, manage test data, and track defects.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Maintain test documentation, reporting, and metrics throughout the STLC lifecycle.
• Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in quality engineering.

Required profile

• 2‑9 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in ServiceNow IRM and 2 years in a leadership or test‑lead role.
• Strong understanding of GRC, risk management, and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to drive testing initiatives in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.

Required skills

• ServiceNow IRM and ServiceNow ATF.
• Testing tools such as ADO, Jira, Bugzilla.
• Automation frameworks like Selenium, Java, and Playwright.
• Knowledge of the STLC lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
