ServiceNow IRM - Manager

About the role

Deloitte Cyber is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the ServiceNow IRM practice within its Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will guide high‑performing engineering squads to design, build, test, deploy and support secure technology solutions that enable clients to meet regulatory, risk and security objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring scalable and secure delivery.
• Manage project delivery plans, priorities and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with product, architecture, cyber and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, delivery controls and quality practices.
• Coach engineers and technical leads to improve consistency, issue resolution and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in software, platform or cyber technology delivery.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or delivery workstreams.
• Proven experience managing application development, system integration or platform implementation programs.
• Strong background in Agile delivery, sprint planning and release coordination.
