ServiceNow Developer – Cloud & Automation (Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore)

About the role

Atos Group is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions across its enterprise environment. The position will focus on hands‑on platform development, module customization and integration while following best‑practice governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions and Flow Designer.
• Customize standard modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM or App Engine.
• Manage data imports, transforms and ensure CMDB data quality.
• Implement platform standards like CSDM, CMDB normalization and naming conventions.
• Design and support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Build workflows and automation with Flow Designer and low‑code capabilities.
• Assist with SSO configurations (SAML, OAuth basics) and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, create unit tests and Automated Test Framework (ATF) cases.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in ServiceNow development.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and platform configuration.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with architects and senior developers.
• Motivation to deepen ServiceNow expertise and grow toward solution leadership.
