ServiceNow Associate Director

About the role

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Associate Director to lead its global ServiceNow practice. The role involves shaping strategy, expanding the firm’s ServiceNow footprint, and overseeing large‑scale implementations, product development, and sales enablement across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales and pre‑sales activities, respond to client proposals and drive ServiceNow business growth.
• Design and develop comprehensive solutions using ServiceNow platform, automation and workflow capabilities.
• Manage offshore teams across all ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps) throughout blueprint, design, configuration, build and rollout phases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process leads and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Build strong internal relationships and mentor staff, including performance reviews and talent development.
• Contribute to business development, practice development, knowledge management and internal engagement.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of relevant experience, preferably from a top‑tier global system integrator.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent).
• At least two ServiceNow implementation certifications.
• ITIL Intermediate, COBIT and/or TOGAF certifications.
• Agile, Scrum Master and PMP certifications are a plus.

• ServiceNow partner ecosystem, licensing and platform management knowledge.
• Automation and workflow design.
