ServiceNow Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, governance, and delivery of large‑scale ServiceNow transformation programs. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, implementation partners, and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and define solution strategy across multiple product suites.
• Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and governance discussions.
• Define platform standards, development guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Architect integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and middleware.
• Drive data migration, cleansing, validation, and governance activities.
• Review technical designs, user stories, and implementation approaches.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Support release planning, deployment governance, cut‑over readiness, and hypercare.
• Present architecture recommendations, trade‑offs, and roadmaps to leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience leading enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven track record delivering large ServiceNow transformation programs.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience managing implementation partners and cross‑functional teams.
