ServiceNow Architect – Enterprise Platform Design

About the role

TCS is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead large‑scale enterprise transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform across India. The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic design to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise‑wide ServiceNow architecture standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and guide implementation teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution validation.
• Define integration, data, security, and platform strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams.
• Drive ServiceNow implementation programs and transformation initiatives.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization activities.
• Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Proven expertise in enterprise ServiceNow solution design and platform governance.
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred.
• Strong background in integration, security, and upgrade strategies.
