Service Technician – Maintenance & Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our dynamic services company in India. The role involves on‑site maintenance and technical support for a variety of equipment, ensuring reliable operation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on‑site efficiently.
• Repair or replace faulty components as required.
• Document service activities, issues encountered and resolutions in detail.
• Provide technical assistance and excellent customer support to clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel to client locations.
