Service Delivery Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Service Delivery Manager – Talent Acquisition will own the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding engine for multiple countries moving into Bureau Veritas' new HR Shared Services hub in Noida. You will replace fragmented local practices with a single, compliant, fast hiring process and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Map current recruitment practices, design the target operating model, and lead country‑by‑country transition to the hub.
• Act as Global Process Owner for Recruit‑to‑Hire, manage vendors, drive ATS adoption, and continuously improve the candidate journey and onboarding experience.

Required profile

• 15+ years in HR with at least 8 years leading talent acquisition operations and large‑scale transitions.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field; experience handling 3,000+ hires per year across several countries.

Required skills

• End‑to‑end recruitment operations at volume, multi‑country hiring.
• Management of recruitment vendors, RPO partners and background‑screening providers.
• Proficiency with ATS/onboarding platforms such as Workday Recruiting, SuccessFactors RCM/ONB, iCIMS.
• Candidate experience design, journey mapping and employer‑brand metrics.
• Recruitment compliance (labour law, right‑to‑work, GDPR) and recruitment analytics/capacity forecasting.
