Service Delivery Manager – Communication Product

About the role

We are looking for a senior Service Delivery Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the DMGC Communication Product portfolio. You will be the single point of accountability for more than 16 websites and 10 business services across multiple divisions, driving strategic road‑maps and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full "Build + Run" lifecycle for the Communication Product, balancing technical debt with new feature delivery.
• Own the migration of the hosting platform (Acquia exit strategy), manage tender processes and coordinate with third‑party vendors such as Acquia, Imperva and Keepeek.
• Maintain platform stability by reducing MTTR, overseeing ICARE quality plans, SLOs and cross‑functional risk mapping.
• Define and continuously improve project‑to‑run processes using LBIP+ and SAFe methodologies.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of experience in IT/Digital service delivery or project management.
• Certified SAFe POPM and PMP (or equivalent Level 1) – LBIP+ familiarity is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical challenges for business stakeholders and lead diverse teams under pressure.
