SEO Trainee

About the role

This entry‑level position offers a hands‑on introduction to digital marketing through search engine optimisation. As an SEO Trainee at Sibz Solutions you will work side‑by‑side with the strategy team, gaining practical experience on live client projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for client websites.
• Assist with on‑page SEO tasks such as meta‑tags, headings, and internal linking.
• Prepare monthly performance reports using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Support content creators by providing SEO briefs and keyword mapping.
• Learn and apply technical SEO fundamentals, including sitemaps, robots.txt and page‑speed optimisation.
• Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or early‑career professional with a genuine interest in SEO.
• Basic understanding of how search engines work; coursework or certifications are a plus.
• Strong written English for regular interaction with content and copy.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and ask insightful questions.
