Revenue Operations Associate

About the role

Forma.ai is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to support its Customer Operations team in Pune. The role will combine data analysis, dashboard creation, and automation to help the go‑to‑market teams measure and improve performance across marketing and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and enhance dashboards in Looker Studio, Salesforce and HubSpot to monitor campaign performance, pipeline health and conversion metrics.
• Automate recurring reports and build self‑serve analytics for GTM teams.
• Analyze funnel performance from marketing campaigns to sales outcomes, delivering insights on ROI, CAC and attribution.
• Develop Python and SQL scripts to extract, clean and enrich data from external sources and third‑party APIs.
• Own data quality across GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Databricks), resolve issues and improve lead scoring, lifecycle stages and attribution models.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in report building, data analysis and workflow automation within a B2B GTM tech stack.
• Background in engineering, commerce, mathematics or statistics with a strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of tasks.
