SEO Team Lead – Lead & Mentor a Growing SEO Team

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Team Lead to own end‑to‑end SEO strategy for our clients and mentor a growing team of SEO analysts. You will combine strategic ownership, hands‑on execution, and leadership to drive measurable organic growth and qualified lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO analysts, set priorities, review deliverables, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
• Own SEO strategy for key client accounts, conduct performance reviews, and present actionable insights.
• Develop scalable SEO processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Utilize tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools for content optimization, keyword clustering, automation, and implement GEO and AEO strategies.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, content creators, and performance marketers to embed SEO best practices across all marketing stages.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of SEO professionals.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑first decision‑making abilities.
• Confidence in client-facing discussions, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
